Stayed at a lovely place. "charming" cigarette smell, dusty and dirty floors, sweaty towels, dangerous plugs, and intimate handprints on the closet. But hey, at least the bathroom was renovated. kinda. Location was fine, I guess.

Such a shame they didn't mention the missing door part that let in cold air and made a ton of noise. Oh well, just an unfortunate surprise!

the property was in the centre of the town. clean room had exceptionally comfortable bed and was complete with air-conditioning, tv plus a bedroom.

I had a nice stay, with location in a quiet neighbourhood.

Stayed there, loved the central location. So convenient to walk everywhere! And the on-site parking was a real treat, because walking is overrated, right?

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful experience of being yelled at by the cleaning lady to leave BEFORE check-out time. Such a joy!

I recently stayed at an awesome place in Sofia. The room at Benita Inn was great value for the money, with a comfortable bed and all the utilities I needed. The location was perfect, close to the city center, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

I recently stayed at Benita Inn for a family trip for 4 nights. The apartment was clean, cosy, and nicely renovated with two comfortable twin beds. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and there was even an electric vacuum cleaner for easy cleaning. Having two TVs in each room was a bonus. The location was convenient, with a tram station just a minute away and a metro station within a 5-6 minute walk. There were small mini markets nearby and a delightful Turkish fast food restaurant with delicious sweets next door. The neighborhood was quiet, and the owner was always punctual and available when needed. a great value for the money.

Would recommend this hotel.

Not the best location, not close to the metro and required taking a taxi to the airport. Inadequate kitchen equipment and lack of soap/shampoo.

We loved having a fully equipped kitchen and being close to a large supermarket. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. the host was friendly and communication was easy. a great experience for us as young people.
